[FedCom] Civil Air Patrol Equipment Replacement/Purchases Information

One CAP website seems to indicate that the following EJ Johnson equipment 
was purchased:

      5100 Series Digital/Analog Portable Radio
      5300 Series Digital/Analog Mobile Radio

      Both units have 512 channel capabilities.   Now one has to wonder how 
these are going to be programmed.
