I am in the South (San Francisco) Bay area. I am monitoring 172.3. The signal is analog w/o any tones. Several times per day, I am hearding a series of 5-8 DTMF tones. There is no voice. Anyone have any ideas? I've looked at the Grove Federal frequency file and all I saw was 'spectrum hole'
