Might you be hearing CT ? from your Location as well?

Bill, I'm strategically located north of NYC as well as just west of CT,
so I'd hear both, as you guessed. Checking maps, Stamford is within
earshot, and probably New Haven as well, but Avon & Montville are a
stretch from my location. Thanks for the background info on this.

Let me add that on TV recently, I learned that the FBI has shifted its
priorities, making terrorism its #1 priority, and approximately 25% of
its agents and other employees are tasked with that priority.
