Public accessible sources indicate -- Apparently Civil Air Patrol will no longer use functional descriptive callsigns such as "Mission Base", "Command", "Highbird". Only function descriptive callsigns can be used for ISR radios/other radios less than 5 watts e.g "GROUND TEAM 1", etc.... Should be a bit of a monitoring challenge! Ken
