[FedCom] finally heard some federal coms on UHF

Well, I think that I am receiving the federal building security, as there
was reference to the 15th floor, and also very consistent radio checks to
either the "mega center" or to Battle Creek. The other analogue frequency
I gelieve is the VA Hospital in DownTown Detroit as patient transportation
was discussed. The digital was a little choppy, and the 14:00 HRS role
call just began on the one channel that is appearing to be in use at the
federal building.
