FPS Operation Re: [FedCom] Battle Creek

Well, like I said here in Detroit it is confusing as Canada uses our
federal bands for a grab bag of SMR and businesses.
	As I've posted before I've been given lists of federal frequencies
to program in, but I've generally never heard anything.
	When I was last in Little Rock, Arkansas I'd give the federal
bands a whirl and would hear some stuff, and even a trunked system that I
know now as Little Rock Air Force Base, and a majority of coms on that
system were encrypted, and I don't know if that would still be the case
today.  The base itself is in Jacksonville, but the base also has a cite
for the trunked system in North Little Rock.
