Bob (and the group),

They definitely were on BOTH 163.4125 AND 163.4375 here in the past.  In 
fact, they seemed to be simulcast.  But I simply have not heard them there 
for ages.  They used to have a morning "roll call" of sorts on the air. 
Maybe they are still there analog, but I haven't heard them.  Is there any 
here that has verified any Corps of Engineers facilities that have switched 
to P-25 yet?
