[FedCom] New fed channels?

Hey, Blaine,
The frequencies you monitored are all "new" channels made available
as a result of the 12.5 KHz channelization of the federal UHF band.
So I don't have anything on who those might be assigned to yet.
However, I have seen some information that indicates the 408.9375 MHz
frequency may be in use at the VA Medical Center in Houston.
