About two days ago I was in downtown Oakland, Ca and heard in the clear
conversations mobile to mobile with the distinctive "beep" from a secure
radio that was in the clear mode. 418.675. They were giving
descriptions of the vehicle they were following with street names. I
was only about 4 blocks away.
