Jeff, that's an interesting idea. I did a Google search for "Fort  
Root" but found nothing. I did find the facility here on the VA web  
site:

However it's not called Fort Root, but it is located at 2200 Fort  
Roots Drive in North Little Rock. It is the Eugene Towbin Health Care  
Center. It does sound like it has two facilities, one in Little Rock  
and one in North Little Rock, so it may be big enough to require a  
large radio system.

I'll still be interested to see if this is really it or not...
