[FedCom] Close Call feature on BCT-15

Al, I'm still in transition between vehicles but I normally run a 996 on
close call only and an opto scout. It's really cool to see what you come up
with and the ability to lock out frequencies and/or a range on the 996 is
really nice.  It's also interesting to see what one device gets against the
other. So far there's no real correlation I've discovered. When doing recon
this feature is a must!!

Just started to use the "Close Call" feature of my brand new  BCT-15
tonight, 
and got a hit on 166.0375. I can't wait to use it tomorrow  during high 
traffic periods. Only one Close Call hit and I love the feature  already.
