Another change I noticed during this surveillance in MO is that they are not 
running the license checks on repeater "F2" "St. Louis Base" (418.900 Out / 
416.325 In) as they have done in the past.  One of the agents is using a 
Sprint/Nextel push-to-talk phone to get the license info for the group.  I heard the 
Nextel "audio beeps" in the background as he was reading off who the license's 
checked too.
