[FedCom] Harrisburg, PA fed freq ID?

I was in Harrisburg today.  While there, I caught some comms on a repeater with
output 164.3375 (d226).  I suspect it was VA.  Can anyone confirm?  

Also, 170.725 in Harrisburg seems to be part of the apparent ICE linked
repeater net along with the 169.800 freq previously listed here for the
Pittburgh area.
