Why do you have to "stir the pot" on everyone's post. 
Can't you ever just accept what someone posts.
Did you notice I said "strong signal" so I probably was able to discern  
enough of what they said to justify my labelling them "Fishermen or  shrimpers."  
Why do you almost always imagine that people's loggings are actually more  or 
different from what they post?

Some internet lists claim that FEMA  uses this frequency.   The "very up to  
date"
http://mt-milcom.blogspot.com/   indicates that this  frequency is being used 
as a DOD LMR trunking frequency in  Virginia....
