I THINK that territorial limits extend only 12 miles unless they changed in 
the last couple weeks
for ALL keep scanning and posting the results with your take on them
we have shrimpers and OTHERS that use
local Cap and Mars freqs in the high end of the 148 MHZ band all the time
mostly Spanish or Viet language
wish I could understand but more than likely talking about catch or the temp 
of their coffee
