prove that searching the military/federal bands can be a worthwhile 
effort!!!

Today, a quick www.google.com  search:  Frequency Plan 140.1375 reveals that 
you are correct in the potential official frequency use as "......Tactical 
and Training. Tactical and Training/Group 1 ......", with a strong potential 
of AM mode versus FM mode usage.
