[FedCom] Report from coastal Maine (Belfast, Acadia Nat'l Park)

167.7125 was STRAPPING in Belfast this afternoon. I also have this down 
as FBI off of Blackstrap Hill in Falmouth (southern Maine.) Signal was 
standard encryption, no P-25, PL tone (if any) was suppressed/hidden 
behind the encryption. Other times, on other machines here in Maine, the 
tone will come through despite DES.

P-25 (per usual) from the Acdadia Nat'l Park folks on 164.175R, in the 
clear. They were running plates and drivers.
