San Francisco ( Police ) Marine 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, Marin (County Sheriff) 
Marine 1, Pillar Point, Rescue 1, Jet Ski 1 & 2 and US Coast Guard PAC 
COM all talking about what boats ( they all have to be under 20 feet and 
rowed ) to be let into McCovy Cove next to ATT Park.  Maine 1 to 3 told 
3 to tell ? about a boat "on the other channel", but I haven't found 
that channel yet.   Monitoring 157.025, 157.050, 157.125, 157.150 also 
plus the normal stuff.

Have not found any exclusive Federal channels yet and no aircraft yet.
