[FedCom] 138.225 - Boston - someone testing

Around 4 PM yesterday - someone was giving test counts
on 138.225 - might have been a radio tech on a base
station - I did not hear the party he was talking to -
it was clear analog 16K0F3E fm normalband voice. I am
listening from approx 10 miles west of Boston MA on a
BC245 scanner. Peter S
