[FedCom] 2 Boston items

There was P25 traffic on 418.625 in the Boston area
yesterday. For the previous couple of weeks there had
been a contant signal on 418.625 - it sounded like a
control channel. The constant signal seems to have
been discontinued.

173.5125 P25 might be the 468th Firefighting Team of
the Army Reserve based at Hanscom AFB. They have at
least one 8X8 firefighting truck.
