166.95R seems to be the primary channel for the Boston
National Historic Park. Enforcement rangers are
regularly heard operating at the USS Constitution,
Bunker Hill, Faneuil Hall, and Dorchester Heights.
166.95R might be known as Channel 2.

Sometimes units on 166.95R will be heard switching to
Channel 3. Channel 3 seems to be 166.775 simplex.
Channel 3 seems to be used for non urgent or lengthy
law enforcement messages. (It might be the maintnenace
channel also.)
