[FedCom] NOAA/NWS Aircraft?

Hi, Blaine...
The only reference to 324.7 MHz I have in my database is used by the USAF at
Patrick AFB and the Eastern Test Range, as well as at Edwards AFB in
California.
Sorry that doesn't really help ID your traffic...
