[FedCom] POTUS & Putin "pas de deux" in Kennebunkport, ME this weekend

Im not sure if POTUS has arrived or not, though he is sched to be there 
is weekend, and then Mon, Tues for the mtg w/ the Russian Pres Putin. An 
expanded TFR around KPort IS in effect. A number of heavy Russian 
aircraft have been in/out of Pease(PSM) earlier this wk This afternoon 
Marine1 did depart Pease enroute to Sanford Airport. I guess the party 
is just getting started,,,. More to follow,.
