[FedCom] air force base communications and encryption

hie veryone, I will soon be headed to Little Rock, Arkansas, and the last
time I was there I ran across a digital trunked system on the UHF federal
band, and  a majority of coms on it were encrypted.  I didn't know the
offset or base or anything like that, but I think it was Little Rock Air
Force Base with a cite for the trunked system in North Little Rock.  Has
anyone listtened to this system, and is encryption still in use there, and
what about other air force bases with regard to encryption, how heavily is
it used?
