Due to some band enhancement last night, I was able to search out some
frequencies for the forest fires in south Georgia (Ware/Atkinson County
areas). I found three frequencies active, all of which were repeater
outputs; the repeaters themselves seem to be linked or are multicasting the
traffic. Many of the callsigns being used are ICS related because the
repeater(s) are being used as a command net. There are also references to
North Repeater, East Repeater, etc. but I think these are references to the
specific repeaters within the system.
