[FedCom] in answer to Ken's question off line

Hi everyone, I just got an E-mail from Ken off line, and he asked me about 
my visual impairment, and how I handle reading the displays on my units.  I 
currently have a Pro-96 scanner that I can connect to my computer that talks 
to me, and it tells me things like the frequency and CTCSS or DCS that I 
need.  It is really handy, and I do all of my own radio programing with 
regard to the gear I have now, which is a Uniden BC250D, and Kenwood THF6A 
for ham radio and the Pro-96 I posted about.
