The Richard M. Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, California uses 467.85 D627 on
a canceled FCC license (WPDP292).
The Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California is licensed on WNWS852
451.975, 462.075, 462.10, 463.50, 464.375, & 467.075.

just use a simplex uhf Federal Protective Service frequency for security.
Try 415.200 and 417.200 when you visit the Clinton Library and see if it's

Most of them, will appear in the FED File as "National Archives & Records
