The Eisenhower Library in Abilene, KS and the Truman Library in Independence
just use a simplex uhf Federal Protective Service frequency for security.
Try 415.200 and 417.200 when you visit the Clinton Library and see if it's
busy.

418.0750 Mhz Simplex D-025
Most of them, will appear in the FED File as "National Archives & Records
Administration" Law Enforcement Network
