[FedCom] Joint Military/Civiian Exercise Potential Related Radio Traffic

While mobile today close (New Ludlow Rd, Granby, MA) to Westover JARB's Dog 
Patch Training Area, searching the federal bands, noted 407.2625 
P25/Digital, Encrypted was active with an S6 signal.  Grove's "Federal 
Frequency Directory" 2nd edition lists as a spectrum hole.   It's unclear at 
this point whether this frequency is military or federal civilian team 
related.  See my post on 6/12/07 which details potential participants in the 
"Team Yankee" medical exercise.
