Noted while mobile, 169.45 Repeater, P25/Digtial, encrypted/clear -- Appeared that 142 CHARLIE was requesting a radio check -- ICE unit? Couldn't figure out if dispatch was unencrypted or mobile. Appears that the repeater is very local, perhaps Mt Tom, Holyoke. Ken Springfield MA Monitoring Area
