[FedCom] 172.825 FAA 136.5 pl in Maine (Ch.#7)

Here in Missouri the FAA still has a repeater on 172.950 pl 136.5 with the  
telephone interconnect.  I have only heard maintenance use the phone patch  in 
the past few years.
