Kansas City had the uhf system for awhile some years back, having gone there from their old vhf systems. Since that time there have been a couple of 165.95 key-ups but no voice that I recall. This implies that they have returned to vhf. KC has never seen much voice activity from IRS. Bob, w0nxn
