In all the years 30+ of monitoring the 167.9 Hz Federal Agency in Boston
there was ONLY ONE drill monitored on the Radio and everyone in the
world knew it was a drill.

HRT as part of a Drill at the Airport.
Actually confirmed the REVERSE usage [input was the Repeater]
