[FedCom] 415.05 Activity?

Hello Bob & the group:

The transmissions seems to be almost a scheduled type data burst, about 
every 10 to 15 minutes.  So that's what got my attention.  It last no more 
than about 20 seconds.

In Kansas City the repeater outputs were moved to the low end of the band --  
408.725 and 408.775, both P25 and normally encrypted.  Could you be hearing 
the base station on the input??
