[FedCom] got to monitor unknown federal TRS in Little Rock for a bit yesterday

Hi everyone, I got to monitor the Motorola type II Astro TRS in Little
Rock for a while yesterday, and heard a phone patch call believe it or
not.   I haven't had much of a chance to monitor them as I've been in
class, and a majority of coms on that system are encrypted.  I'm kind of
surprised to find someone with a phone patch on that system.  Has anyone
else had a chance to monitor this system at all?
