[FedCom] FPS in Maine, "new" freq (406.500)

Heard a P-25 simulcast approx. 1630 EDT, Friday, 5 OCT 2007. Was 
monitoring 417.200 DG when 406.500 locked open (P-25) with the same 
traffic. I was within a hundred meters or so of the federal building on 
Western Avenue in Augusta, Maine. Could this be the possible input? 
Little rent-a-cop security dudes do utilize UHF radios there.

Helps having two digital scanners in the car.
