[FedCom] New 169.575 P25/Digital Active

I've noted the last few days that 169.575 (P25/digital) and always encrypted 
just popped up in the local area.  Sound like a remote base with 
mobile/portables.

My guess is that this is US Secret Service and replaces the analog NFM 
frequency 164.65 based upon monitored activity profile starting at 0700 hrs 
local.

Perhaps others in MA and New England can confirm?
