[FedCom] S.S. Sierra 166.5125

14:30 EDT, 166.5125 P-25/Clear/Simplex, "Alert Lad" wkg "Ground coffee" 
and something like "Marshall Ann or Macho Ant" with position reports, 
altitudes, distances from locations. "Alert Lad" only station heard, 
"Alert Lad" said he was on Sierra. I've got no idea as to what's going 
on here, Only idea I might have is that we're getting a visit from a 
British VIP tomorrow, unknown if it's related to getting some Comm 
systems up and running. This is being heard from my location South of 
Boston, MA
