Ken, I would go FBI not SS

SS has still been heard [during am commute] as agency check in
using P-25/Clear on the same old Papa, Tango, Charlie and Baker channels.

169.5750 was 167.9 Hz was in Foxboro Mass, now P-25 from same Location
