A friend of mine who was at the Hillary campaign HQ on election nite 
last wk, said that he heard what appeared to be staff coordination comms 
on what was his new BC396 tagged as "black dot". I believe this should 
be 462.625 MHz. This might be worth checking out as the campaign moves 
to others areas of the Country. We have seen this sort of thing in past 
recent elections, particularly w/ lower tier candidates, using Low Power 
Business freqs and even FRSs. Happy hunting,    SD
