[FedCom] BLM communications sites

The sites are pretty remote. I photographed the Brock facility a few 
years ago:

Warm Springs:

The Warm Springs site has undergone major renovation. Two new shacks 
have been installed.

You can drive to the top of Warm Springs with a 4wd with low range. It 
is really steep. The Brock facility has a better road, but unfortunately 
it is chained off. Then again, after the meter reader found me camped on 
the Warm Springs site, it might get a chain too. ;-)
