Not officially.

They are/will be  "classified" (not exactly the correct term) as FOUO and
those members with access to them have had to sign non-disclosure
statements.  All documents/placards/etc. carrying said freqs are to be so
marked (FOUO) to preclude inadvertent release of the information.

All that being said, it is almost impossible to keep active frequencies
"secure" from folks who own and know how to use scanning receivers.  This
from a person who's military career involved "finding" freqs that the
opposition would rather we didn't find.   What we do hope is that they don't
end up being published in various guides and magazines for all the world to
see.
