[FedCom] USFWS and Loggerhead Turtle Nesting

The last couple of mornings, while on the way home from work, I've heard 
activity multicast in P25 voice on the Savannah NWR Complex frequencies 
172.650 (Onslow Repeater) and 172.450 (Skidaway Repeater).   Several folks 
were using  first names rather than callsigns and seemed to be checking 
Loggerhead Turtle nests, possibly on Wassaw Island.  There were references 
to "the boneyard" which could be the "boneyard" beach on the south end of 
Wassaw.
