They can't encrypt aviation band radio and I just had the rare case of two CAP Flights the other day in the air an the same time. Nothing on the new frequencies, still using the old analog stuff.

Sorry. To late. Wishful thinking.
They've been published already in several sources
including MT and others.
The monitors once again prevail over the do-gooders
and paranoia.
CAP comms are boring anyway. What a waste of money for
all the encryption BS, if that is indeed what they end
up doing. Sort of like a fire department's communications
being encrypted. "Let's keep that 7 alarm blaze hush-hush
from the public, media, and prying eyes and ears". Yeah,
right.
