These are the only two ever heard used around the Kansas City metro area (not exactly New England, but we like to think of ourselves as a little bit of New Hampshire in the Midwest).

164.4500 - Nationwide allocation (shared)
165.4125 - Nationwide allocation (shared)

The latter is repeater-out.
 
They are definitely said to use Marine frequencies when spills in rivers/lakes are involved.  From Chris's list, I see they are licensed on the Corps of Engineer's primary of 163.4375.  I haven't heard them there, but it makes sense as the CoE is responsible for the many artificial lakes hereabouts.  Anyway, these are the two freqs. I'd check first.
