[FedCom] CAP A/C w/ Mode-S

That doesn't answer the question about the *frequency*.  Don't mode S users even *know* the frequency?  Radio systems, no matter what the "mode", transmit on a *frequency* or frequencies.  So what does "mode S" use?

Robert, How else could you receive a Mode-S signal without a box??

For less than a $1,000. dollars you can buy a box and outside antenna.
