Hey Signal500...

While I can't say for sure that this is not a DHS frequency, I have  
never seen this frequency associated with DHS, CBP or ICE. This has  
been a Justice Department allocation and is used by the FBI and some  
of the DoJ federal interoperability systems around the country.

Having said that, some of the new DHS ICE radio nets have started to  
show up on some obscure DoJ allocations, probably legacy allocations  
from the old INS channels, that were part of the Justice Department.

Keep an ear on that one!
