DEA surveillance operation on 418.750 analog low power simplex in southwest  
MO.  Local guys on this one, using first names and have an arrest  warrant in 
hand.  Working with the Missouri Highway Patrol and using a cell  phone to 
communicate with them.  It amazes me that in this area the  FBI nor the DEA have 
made the switch over to P25.
