I thought I'd take a road trip to Devens and then to Hanscom. This signal is
so strong, just the stock antenna not extended at all is full scale (relative,
of course). I was thinking it might be a remote transmitter site located at
Haystack/Millstone radar site in my backyard.
Hanscom signals (AF PD/FD) are not that strong. Devens is close too, New
Boston I've id'd and they are a ways away. Pease/Portsmouth are too far way
and so are the Cape and Westover.
Devens has the old air strip and even though it is inactive, maybe they use it
for storage, hence the reference to the flight line.
Thanks for the various suggestions Dave J, Bill and Ken.... I'll let you know
what I find.
Terry

Sounds like a Road trip for some weekend.
a.) Hanscom AFB
b.) Devens
c.) Portsmouth AFB
d.) New Boston Tracking
I'm going to go with Devens, and maybe a tie to the FBOP Medical Center?
Any other thoughts?
