MASS National Guard doing security work for the MASS State Police? I 
believe that the MSP uses the old airstrip for driver training, and it 
kinda looks like the runway is full of blue MSP cruisers.





















Using http://maps.live.com/ and looking at Devens, they have a lot of 
vehicles

parked at various

places on the old airfield. That could warrant some of the security 
checks comms

you were hearing.
