Is anyone familiar with a digital US Forestry or Wildlife Repeater in Onslow 
County, NC?

This morning, across the 172.450 Savannah NWR Complex Skidaway Repeater 
(Savannah, GA) I heard a unit IDing as 961 working a station I didn't catch 
the ID of "on Onslow Digital."  Following a radio check, 961 advised that he 
wa en route to Sandhills (presumably the Sanhdills NWR in SC?).

The 172.450 repeater here is part of a linked system that covers the 
Savannah NWR Complex in coastal GA and SC.  It would seem it links beyond 
the Savannah NWR Complex as well.
